The owners of Sports LTD started skiing in 1949, and participated in every form of the sport. Racing, instructing, product development, movie consulting, wholesale and retail. The retail stores was established in 1965 in the Woodland Hills location, Sports LTD opened a total of 6 stores specialing in skiing in the Southern California market. The main store in Woodland Hills is unique in that SKIING is its ONLY business, 12 months a year. Sports LTD started doing business on the internet as Skidealer.com in 1998, and Skidealer.com's ONLY business is SKIING.
