What is your guarantee, etc. ? We ONLY sell 1st quality, U.S delivered goods (very important) All equipment is covered for at least one full year from date of purchase against MFG. defects. U.S. importers generally will not warrantee skis that were delivered to and sold out of another country, so be careful on purchases through Canada or elsewhere. We do not sell any demo stock or instructor stock skis which usually carry no guarantee. Return policies You may return any unused item within 5 days of receipt if the item was not as described, or damaged in any way. A full refund will be given within 24 hrs, excluding weekends. If you ordered the wrong size then we will refund the purchase price less the shipping. Please read the articles on "How to buy boots", "How to buy skis" Who is www.skidealer.com. ? www.Skidealer.com is the internet site for Woodland Sports, Inc. DBA Sports LTD. Established in 1965 in Woodland Hills, CA. and on the internet since 1998. Sports LTD is a 12 mo. a year specialty ski shop ! We are factory authorized dealers for every item we sell, and SKIING IS OUR ONLY BUSINESS ! Shipping, how and how much ? We ship at N/C via UPS ground/insured within 48 hrs of receipt of order except on weekends. We ship anywhere in the 48 states at N/C. Canada is a nominal charge depending on the item which we will quote. We can ship anywhere in the world but realize that skis are oversize so they can be expensive to ship. "E" mail us for shipping price quotes to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska and other countries, and for quotes on 2nd day, 3 day etc. Our products Because skiing is our ONLY business and we have been in it for a long time, we can buy any ski product on the market. We only buy the brands and the models that we feel are the best. In some cases that will be a lot of models from some companies, and in other cases just a few. ALL of our product is the latest current season product, unless noted. There are NO best skis and there are NO best boots. Try to buy what is best for you, not what your friend likes. Pricing? You have to be careful when comparing prices. For instance, skis can be sold different ways. "Flat" means without bindings. Skis can be sold "flat", OR with after market bindings, OR they can be sold with the integrated systems which are the best and in some cases there are options on the integrated systems. The prices will vary in each instance. Skis sold for demo or instructor stock skis are sometimes sold to dealers at a cheaper price but do not carry any guarantee. Equipment delivered into another country and then resold into the U.S. may be slightly cheaper, but it will not be warranteed/guaranteed by the U.S. distributor so if there is any problem with the item, it can be a big problem to get it resolved. Read the section on guarantees and be aware of what you are buying. Taxes We automatically charge tax of 8 1/4% when we ship into Calif. There is no tax when shipped out of Calif.
