SKIDEALERS 100% satisfaction guarantee makes it easy for you to return or exchange any item you purchase online or in our store. Simply return the item within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Put your name, address and phone number on the back of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and SKIDEALER membership number, if you're a member.

Specify whether you want a return or exchange.

For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located above the photo on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.

Because SKI DEALER inventory changes quickly due to seasonal considerations we may not be able to replace or exchange returned items. If this is the case, we will credit your bankcard for the purchase amount.
